If you want to spend a Saturday doing something together in Marbella, 10 October 2026 offers a plan built around talking, observing and making decisions as a team. «¿Y mi anillo pa’ cuándo?» turns locations across the city into a couples challenge. An app guides you through the route, you complete tasks together and the day ends with an interactive quiz.

The name is a playful reference to getting engaged, but you do not have to be married or planning a wedding. Any two adults aged 18 or over can register as a team. The first edition has room for up to 300 couples.

What will you do on the day?

You take part as one team. Challenge locations unlock as the game progresses, making the route through Marbella part of the experience. Tasks involve logic, observation, navigation, creativity, practical skills and teamwork.

The organizers describe it as a cooperative challenge rather than a race. You can enjoy the game and the city even if winning the ring is not your main reason for going. Plan for a long day: the competition is expected to last about seven hours.

Schedule for 10 October

The day begins between 09:00 and 11:00 with accreditation and Welcome Pack collection at Parque de la Constitución. The urban challenge runs from 11:00 to 13:30.

Couples then return to Parque de la Constitución for the welcome cocktail and food experience. The final interactive test starts at 16:00 at Auditorio José Pernía Calderón, followed by scoring and the prize ceremony, scheduled from 17:40 to 18:40.

How does the scoring work?

The city challenge accounts for 40% of the final score. An interactive Kahoot-style quiz about the route, the tasks and Marbella supplies the remaining 60%. Prizes are allocated according to the final ranking and presented at the closing ceremony. Completing a challenge earns points; it does not bring an immediate prize.

The organizers advertise more than €100,000 in prizes. The top prize is an engagement ring from Gómez & Molina valued at €19,500. The catalogue also includes other jewellery, watches, hotel stays and dining experiences. The list may change before the event, so check the official prize catalogue if a particular prize matters to you.

What is included with entry?

Entry covers the route and its challenges. All accredited couples receive a Welcome Pack with products and gifts from event partners, together with food experiences and exclusive participant benefits, including official event items and products from partners.

The official website lists the contents and describes tastings and benefits for participants. These are separate from the ranking prizes.

The advertised early price is €99 per couple, with a €199 per couple standard price. Check which option is available when you book. Your place is confirmed once payment is complete, subject to the 300-couple limit. Under the event terms, a voluntary cancellation does not qualify for a refund.

How does the challenge work?

The experience has two competitive stages. First, couples move between different locations around Marbella completing challenges based on logic, observation, navigation, creativity and teamwork. Locations are progressively unlocked through the official event app.

This urban challenge accounts for 40% of the final score. The remaining 60% comes from a final interactive Kahoot-style quiz based on the route, the challenges and Marbella.

Once both stages are complete, the final ranking determines which prize is assigned to each position.

Do you have to win to take home a prize?

No. One of the most distinctive parts of «¿Y mi anillo pa’ cuándo?» is that prizes are not limited to the winning couple.

The Marbella edition is limited to 300 couples, and the current prize catalogue assigns rewards from first place down to position 212.

First place receives an engagement ring valued at €19,500, while the ranking also includes other jewellery, ORIS watches, hotel stays, dining experiences and additional prizes.

The catalogue may still be updated before the event, so check the official prize list if a particular reward matters to you.
