Winner of the Llàntia Award for Best Author at the 8th José Estruch Theatre Awards, the play portrays the extraordinary life of Carmen Díez de Rivera, the first and only woman to serve as Chief of Staff to a Spanish President. 📜 Born into the highest ranks of Spanish aristocracy, Carmen renounced privilege to fight for democracy during the country’s most complex political period: the Transition.
