Located at the eastern end of El Palo beach, it operates on a unique "auction" system: waiters walk around shouting the names of freshly fried or grilled seafood plates, and you just wave to grab what you want. You pay by counting the empty plates at the end. It's loud, fast-paced, and incredibly fun, offering an authentic taste of local beach culture and some of the best 'pescaíto frito' in town.
