About Pl. de la Constitución, 7
Plaza de la Constitución is the heart of Málaga’s historic centre, originally known as Plaza de las Cuatro Calles and later as Plaza Mayor. It was renamed in 1812 in honour of Spain’s Constitution of Cádiz and has been a focal point of civic life for centuries. Throughout its history, the square has hosted city halls, courts, markets, and key social events, and today serves as a vibrant pedestrian hub surrounded by elegant buildings, shops, cafés and sites of cultural significance.
