Ars Resonans: The Baroque Art of the Deep String

The Amigos de la Música Association presents a new concert from its 2025/2026 Season on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 20:00 at Hard Rock Hotel Marbella, with doors opening at 19:30. The event will feature Ars Resonans, an ensemble formed by Marta Jiménez, César Jiménez, and Alexandre Dandelot. 🎶 Ars Resonans was born out of the desire to explore the different voices and registers of the lower strings through the Art of Affection. Their proposal focuses on the Baroque repertoire, especially Italian sonatas for Baroque cello, works full of energy, agility, contrast, and expressivity. The program will include pieces by D. Ortiz, A. Stradella, A. Vivaldi, F. Cavalli, and F. Geminiani, offering an intimate and refined musical experience for those who enjoy early music, historicist performance, and chamber concerts.
