On 12 July, the sports area of Playa del Cable turns into Andalusia’s beach-volley hotspot 🏐✨. From 09:30 a.m. the top club teams from all eight Andalusian provinces battle through knockout rounds, culminating in a showpiece final around 6:30 p.m. 🕕. Driven by the Andalusian Volleyball Federation and Costa del Voley Club, the championship crowns the regional club champion and sits within a wider summer circuit that also stops in Cádiz and Málaga 🗓️. Playa del Cable—a local favourite nestled between the fishing port and Río Real—boasts year-round courts, beach bars and a passionate community who fought to keep the nets on the sand 🙌🏖️. Spectators can enjoy live DJ sets, healthy-food stalls and family-friendly side events, underlining Marbella’s drive for active-lifestyle tourism on the Costa del Sol 🌞👨👩👧👦.
