On Friday 11 July, By The Sea Beach Club (Anantara Villa Padierna, Marbella) hosts a live carving of a 300 kg Balfegó bluefin tuna, followed by a seaside cocktail tasting of tuna-inspired tapas and live flamenco, paired with wines, beer and soft drinks.

Bluefin Tuna Ronqueo & Gourmet Cocktail in Marbella | 11 July· Anantara Villa Padierna Experience an unforgettable Mediterranean night on 11 July at 9 PM. A master cutter will perform the centuries-old ronqueo of a giant Balfegó bluefin, explaining each prized cut and its culinary uses. Afterwards, indulge in a 90-minute cocktail reception featuring cured tuna ham, Antequera porra with salted belly, smoky bacon-tuna croquettes, mini meatballs in tomato, escabeche harmony and more, complemented by fine wines, beer and soft drinks. The evening is crowned with a live flamenco show, merging haute cuisine with Andalusian art on Marbella’s shoreline. Post-event open bar not included.
