🎄 On 24th December, the luxurious Anantara Villa Padierna Palace Benahavís Marbella Resort invites guests to an elegant Christmas Eve dinner at Olá Beirut, part of its “Christmas in Marbella – Crafted with Luxury” festive programme. 👩‍🍳 Chef Ola Wansa presents a Mediterranean–Levantine inspired menu starting with starters to share – halloumi salad with figs, roasted aubergine with red pepper dip, feta and pine nuts, and a yogurt dip with olives and thyme – followed by a choice of three main courses: beef couscous with flavoured vegetables and caramelised onion, sea bass loin with tahini, caramelised onion and almonds, or vegan moussaka with tomato sauce.
