In-Person Pelvic Floor Workshop

💫 3rd Edition of our Pelvic Floor Workshop We’re excited to announce a new edition of one of our most popular workshops, which is quickly becoming a classic at the clinic. Whether you have symptoms or not, this workshop is for you: you’ll learn how to understand, protect and strengthen your pelvic floor in a practical, accessible way. Throughout the session you’ll discover why the pelvic floor is so important for day-to-day wellbeing and which habits can help improve it: posture, breathing, exercise, nutrition and self-care. We especially recommend this workshop if you recognise any of these symptoms, which are often treated as “normal” but are not normal and can be improved: 🔸 Urine leaks when coughing, laughing or exercising 🔸 Frequent pain in the pelvis or lower back 🔸 A feeling of heaviness or pressure in the pelvic area 🔸 Discomfort or pain during sexual intercourse 🔸 Difficulty controlling gas or stools 🔥 Remember: you don’t need to wait for symptoms to start taking care of yourself. This workshop helps you prevent issues, improve your quality of life and reconnect with your body. At the end you’ll receive a digital pelvic floor care guide and a few extra surprises.
