About the Event
Start 2026 in style at Barbillón Marbella with a fire-inspired Mediterranean experience. Menu Welcome: Smoked Gillardeau N°5 oyster with jalapeño gazpacho; scallop tartare with Thai granita and yuzu caviar; lobster brioche; wagyu tartare with miso-cured yolk. Starter: Charcoal-grilled red carabinero prawn with gratinated kimchi hollandaise. Second course: Foie ravioli with boletus sauce. Main course (choose one): Grilled filet mignon with black truffle demi-glace and potato millefeuille or wild turbot with smoked butter and citrus emulsion. Dessert: Chocolate “embers”, cocoa ash and smoke. Wine pairing: White Cloe Chardonnay (Sierras de Málaga DO); Red La Emperatriz Gran Vino (Rioja DOCa); Champagne Jean Damagin Millésime (AOC Champagne). Price: €335 per person. Includes cocktails and open bar until 03:00 a.m. Premium drinks upgrade available; special menus and children’s menu on request.
