From Saturday 15th to Friday 28th, the projects at StartUps Festival Marbella 2025 enter the online project development phase. This stage is designed to give you and your team the time and flexibility to turn your idea into something much more tangible: a working prototype. During these days: You’ll co-develop your idea with your team from home, the office or anywhere you are. You’ll work on your prototype, improving the product, user experience and business model. You’ll receive support from festival mentors, who will help you throughout this period depending on their availability. This isn’t just about “homework” — it’s about taking clear steps toward a project that can be pitched to investors and real customers. You can schedule video calls, divide tasks, refine your pitch and get your demo ready for the next in-person block. Even though this phase is online, you’re not alone: you’ll have your team, the festival community and mentors guiding you so your project truly evolves between Saturday 15th and Friday 28th.
