15 000 m² pedestrian boulevard in Arroyo Primero with open-air stage, play areas, fountains and gardens, honouring Marbella activist Pablo Ráez.
Opened on 30 June 2018 in Marbella’s Arroyo Primero district, Pablo Ráez Martínez Boulevard was built in just over a year at a cost of about €2.1 million to commemorate the local 20-year-old whose social-media crusade boosted bone-marrow donations by 1 300 % before his death in 2017. The 15 000-m² car-free park features an open-air auditorium, two playgrounds, six interactive water zones, bio-healthy workout circuits, a café and shaded lawns with benches, making it a popular venue for weekly street markets, concerts and community gatherings.
