CrossBox Marbella

Crossbox Marbella is a crosstraining box located in the La Ermita industrial park (Calle Plata, Marbella). It offers group training classes (WODs), adapted to all fitness levels, led by certified coaches such as Charly, Leo H.C., or Manuel Castro. 🔥 Methodology and Disciplines • Cross Training: varied and intense functional exercises designed to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and coordination • Specialized classes: Cross RX, Powerlifting (maximum strength), Pilates, technical stretching, hybrid training, and injury rehabilitation • Open gym: free access to the box outside of regular classes • Beach WODs: outdoor sessions held on the beach • Kids Cross: specific sessions that promote active habits from an early age.
