Marbella’s Municipal Library, Fernando Alcalá Marín, is located in the heart of Parque de la Represa. It features study rooms, a children’s area, an indoor amphitheater, and free newspapers. Surrounded by turtle ponds, a playground, a skatepark, and basketball and football courts. No registration is required — everyone is welcome!
