San Pedro Alcántara Fair Site

Opened as a permanent fairground in 2022 on reclaimed municipal land, the San Pedro site spans over eight hectares of level ground—ideal for funfairs, food stalls and large-scale staging. Its layout features a caseta boulevard, dedicated ride zone and multiple utility hook-ups, allowing the town hall to erect 25+ marquee venues during the October feria and summer verbena schedules. Outside feria season it morphs into a live-entertainment campus: Oasis Marbella Fest alone brought 20 international acts and 60 000 visitors in 2024, with 2025 dates such as Bella Festival, I Love Reggaeton, Love the 90s and elrow Town already on sale. Sign-posted from the A-397 and the coastal N-340, the venue’s main gate sits on Av. del Mediterráneo 8, ten minutes’ walk from central San Pedro and served by local buses and taxi ranks. With permanent lighting, water points and nearby beaches, it’s fast becoming Marbella’s most versatile outdoor arena for everything from charity races to international DJ sets.
