About
This Christmas, Ojén launches its very first San Silvestre charity run 🏃♂️🎄. On Saturday, 27 December 2025, from 7:30 p.m., runners will enjoy a 4.3 km (approx.) route with around +163 m elevation gain, winding through the most picturesque streets of the old town and offering spectacular night views over this white village in the Sierra de las Nieves. The event has a strong solidarity focus: participants are invited to support the Food Bank by bringing 1 kg of non-perishable food when collecting their race bib 🤝🍲. Because of the date and festive spirit, runners are encouraged to come in Christmas fancy dress – Santa hats, lights, elves, reindeer… the more creative the better 🎅✨. There will be trophies and prizes for men and women, including traditional products such as ham, cold meats and Christmas hampers 🏆🥓. Registration is free and managed online via Dorsalchip from 28 November until 23 December 2025, with limited spots available. Lace up your trainers and welcome the New Year spirit by running through the illuminated streets of Ojén in a warm, festive and community-driven atmosphere.
