💚 My approach: Shiatsu is mindful touch. I use rhythmic pressure, gentle stretches and rocking to release tension and support the body’s self-regulation. Sessions are fully clothed, usually on a futon; a table can be used when needed. 🧘♀️ About me: I’m Carolina (Karuna). Since 2017—when I received the spiritual name Karuna (“compassion”)—I’ve cultivated a warm, practical style integrating listening, breath and presence. My aim is to offer a home-like space where you can pause, feel and return to yourself. 🌿 Why come: People often seek better sleep, stress relief and easing body load. This is not medical treatment; it’s a body-based, complementary practice to support your self-care. A short series of sessions helps consolidate changes. 🗓️ How we work: First visit includes a short intake, clear goals and a plan. I’ll share simple at-home suggestions (breath, self-care) to carry benefits into daily life.
