Lenny Tavárez (San Juan, 1987) first gained fame as part of the duo Dyland & Lenny, known for hits like “Quiere Pa’ Que Te Quieran,” before launching a solo career in 2013 with a sound rooted in reggaeton, Latin trap, and smooth R&B vibes. His breakout solo moment came with “Fantasías” featuring Rauw Alejandro—reaching #12 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs, spending 9 weeks in Spotify’s Global Top 50, and earning a 19× platinum RIAA certification in the U.S. In 2021, he dropped “KRACK,” a 14-track studio album featuring Zion & Lennox, Nicky Jam, and Rauw Alejandro, showcasing both rhythmic depth and emotional maturity. In 2024, he followed it up with “Brillar,” proving his talent for mixing soulful ballads with stadium-ready reggaeton. Industry acclaim followed: two Latin Grammy nominations in 2022, multiple nods at Premios Juventud and Premio Lo Nuestro—including 2025’s “Pop-Urban Song of the Year” for El Yate—and a back-to-back win as SESAC Latina’s Pop/Latin Rhythm Songwriter of the Year in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Now touring across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe, Lenny continues to collaborate with artists like Sech and Maluma while expanding his bilingual discography—and captivating more than 20 million monthly Spotify listeners worldwide.
