About
Mike Martin began his journey at Illescas Municipal School and went on to earn top honors at the “Jacinto Guerrero” Conservatory in Toledo, Spain. Awarded Best Student in 2004, he later dived into jazz at EMC, studying Latin and traditional jazz with the likes of Pepe Rivero and Iván “Melón” Lewis. A true musical chameleon, Mike has performed or recorded with Spanish stars such as Maria Toledo, Ruth Lorenzo, Pitingo and David Bisbal, lending his skills on piano, guitar and vocals. His studio résumé includes Disney films (Beauty and the Beast, Moana) and prime-time TV shows like Got Talent and Mask Singer. His 2021 debut album No Sé Si Debo delivered 16 tracks of pop-jazz sophistication, followed by the 2023 live single “Neon”. The upcoming record Hasta Ahora, featuring Ruth Lorenzo, promises a fresh blend of Spanish lyricism and soulful grooves. Whether headlining theaters or offering intimate “piano & voice” sets, Mike’s performances captivate with emotional depth and technical finesse.
