Pet Shop Boys: timeless synth-pop that moves bodies and minds. Pet Shop Boys are the London synth-pop duo of Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe, formed in 1981 and credited as the most successful UK duo ever, with over 100 million records sold worldwide. Their breakthrough single “West End Girls” topped both the UK and US charts in 1986 and scooped a Brit Award for Best Single. Follow-up hits such as “It’s a Sin,” “Always on My Mind,” and “Go West” cemented their place at the heart of MTV’s second British Invasion.
