The Introduction to the World of Wine is an intensive four-day course designed to help participants understand and enjoy wine with confidence. In a clear, engaging, and accessible way, the course explores the fundamentals of wine tasting, the most important wine regions in the world, and the key grape varieties and styles that define them. Led by Pancho Campo, Spain’s first Master of Wine, this program combines theory with extensive guided tastings, allowing students to develop their sensory skills while learning how to identify aromas, flavors, structure, and quality in wine. The course covers both Old World and New World wine-producing countries, sparkling wines, and classic dessert wines.
