Pancho Campo

Pancho Campo is a multifaceted entrepreneur and one of the most influential figures in the international wine world. For over 30 years, he has served as CEO of Chrand Events U.S.A., organizing major international events in more than 20 countries and working with globally recognized personalities such as President Barack Obama, Vice President Al Gore, Sting, Enrique Iglesias, Pink Floyd, Andre Agassi, Kofi Annan, and Francis Ford Coppola. In the wine industry, Pancho made history as the first Spaniard to earn the prestigious Master of Wine title, successfully passing all demanding theoretical and practical examinations. He is the founder of The Wine Academy of Spain and the international promotion program for Spanish wine, “Spanish Wine Experience.” Pancho also founded and organized the Wine Future congresses held in Rioja, Hong Kong, and Portugal, bringing together the most important voices in the global wine sector, including winemakers, critics, and industry leaders such as Francis Ford Coppola and Michel Rolland. A pioneer in the study of climate change and wine, he also created the First International Congress on Climate Change and Wine, attracting high-profile speakers such as President Obama, Kofi Annan, Bruce Dickinson, and Vice President Al Gore. Known for his charismatic, engaging, and entertaining teaching style, Pancho Campo has educated and trained more than 5,000 wine professionals from 20 countries, including sommeliers from some of the world’s finest restaurants and wineries.
