About
đ Poetic flamenco. Ave de Plata by Sara JimĂ©nez draws on a Fernando Pessoa verse: through the bird/taming metaphor it contemplates death/rebirth, love as a regenerative force and a celebration of lifeâhere in an outdoor version for TodoDanzaâs street-dance route. đ¶ Hybrid language. The work fuses flamenco with contemporary dance and sound (with Miguel MarĂn âĂrbolâ credited in the theatre version), crafting an intimate, physical ritual that reaches audiences without words. đ€ About the artist. Granada-born dancer/choreographer, JimĂ©nez trained at Conservatorio Reina SofĂa and the Centro Andaluz de Danza (Blanca Li). Her catalogue includes Fandango18, VĂa Bamba and TĂĄpate niña. Ave de Plata has toured across Spain and abroad. đ In Marbella (TodoDanza, street dance). Paseo de la Alameda, Sun 5 Oct, 6:30 PM.
