Friendship Night Marbella 2025: Czech Choir, Gospel & Latin Fusion at Parque de la Constitución.
On 18 July 2025 (20:30), Marbella welcomes an extraordinary cultural showcase curated by the Honorary Consulate of the Czech Republic.
The evening opens with Sirenas singing a pot-pourri of Czech-Slovak folk melodies, paving the way for the headliners Žihelský Pěvecký Sbor under conductor Martina Rambousková. Their programme spans Smetana’s majestic “Vltava”, Czech pop gems like “Stanice Svět”, ABBA’s “I Have a Dream” and Beatles’ anthem “Hey Jude”.
Next, director Rosana Dalmasso leads a high-energy Gospel Choir through spirituals (Amazing Grace), pop-rock (Purple Rain) and crowd-pleasers such as Every Praise.
Finally, Coral Iberoamericana Tantanakuy adds Andalusian rumba (Romance a Málaga), Brazilian bossa nova (Manhã de Carnaval), Cuban son (A Puro Son) and samba (Mas Que Nada), embodying the Latin spirit.
All choirs join forces for the rousing Czech polka “Škoda Lásky/Beer Barrel Polka” — a fitting finale of shared joy.
The concert is free, with a maximum of four invitations per person available via mientrada.net starting at 19:00 the same day.
