🌿 Welcome to a midsummer prenatal oasis. This Prenatal PhysioYoga series, led by Canadian physiotherapist and yoga teacher Michelle O’Brien, blends gentle movement, mindful breathing and body-based education to support you throughout pregnancy. 🧘♀️ Suitable for all trimesters, the practice eases common aches—lower-back pain, sciatica, tight shoulders—while strengthening the pelvic floor and spine, preparing body and mind for birth. 🌸 Classes run Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12 p.m. inside Aum Yoga Studio, San Pedro. Small groups mean personalised guidance; secure your spot for €60 the five-class pass or €15 drop-in. 📅 Dates: 5, 12, 14, 19 and 21 August 2025. Mats and props provided; just wear comfy clothing and come ready to bond with your baby.
