Patron’s Day: reveille, flamenco mass & procession

🎺 The day opens with a Diana Floreada, a festive reveille where cornets add ornamental “flourishes” as the band parades to announce the town’s big day. ⛪ At 12:00, a Flamenco Mass by the San Dionisio Cultural Association is held at the Parish Church of Our Lady of the Incarnation, a 16th-century temple with a Mudejar wooden ceiling. 🕯️ At 13:00, the Procession of Saint Dionysius sets out with Agrupación Musical Marbella, following Plaza de Andalucía, La Carrera, Carretera, La Fuente and back to the church. 🌸 The day closes with a Floral Offering to the patron, a heartfelt moment of faith and community in Ojén.
