About the Event
The 42nd Festival de Cante Flamenco cements San Pedro de Alcántara as a flamenco hotspot on the Costa del Sol. Headliners Antonio Reyes, Anabel Valencia, Luis Perdiguero and Rubito Hijo will deliver soul-stirring vocals, backed by guitar maestros Nono Reyes, Marcos Serrato and Curro Vargas. Award-winning dancer Rafa Ramírez adds footwork fireworks, with Salvador de la Peña hosting. The show unfolds in the heritage venue La Alcoholera Performing Arts Center (C/ La Morena 4), an acoustically refined former distillery. Tickets are €20 standard, €15 for Peña members, available at Peña Flamenca San Pedro (C/ Caravaca s/n, above the municipal market) or by phone +34 633 144 284. Beyond a concert, the festival honors local flamenco heritage nurtured by the peña since the early 1980s, drawing aficionados and culture-seeking visitors to Marbella every July.
